These quantities apply to each traveller; they do not add up for a single bottle. The €900 allowance for other purchases comes on top.
What the tax changes
At the same price before tax, Andorran tax (4.5%) is 13 to 14% lower than French or Spanish tax (20 or 21%): see our calculation. Real prices depend on each chain and each product: note the online price at home before you leave to find out whether the gap is worth the trip.
The chains in Pas de la Casa
The resort has several perfumeries, including four chains: Douglas, Gala, Primor and Júlia. We checked each one and give addresses, opening hours and phone numbers in our perfumery guide.
Keep your receipts. They prove the value and quantity of your purchases in a customs check.
